Byler Co. we set the standard for railroad construction and are known as a leader throughout Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas for Class I Mainline Construction and Maintenance including design, site clearing, earthwork, storm water systems installation, soil stabilization, sub-ballast installation and new rail construction.
We have completed in excess of 600 miles of mainline railroad and spur-track sub-grades constructed in a variety of soils and environmental conditions.
Our largest project is a 10,000-car rail storage yard comprised of trackage and turnouts. Upon completion, the facility was the largest privately owned rail storage yard in the United States.
