A LITTLE SPARKLE - Carol Irwin, office manager for WT Byler Co celebrated 35 years of service to the company. As a token of appreciation, she was presented with the traditional Rolex watch; a little sparkle to remind her of time well served.
Carol said, "The style of office I have strived to have is one of a caring, loving family and I knew the moment I came here that I had found a home... that I would be here a-really long time. You can just imagine the changes I've seen; not only to the growth and success of the company, but also the changes in the world, finance, fashion, cars, houses and ideas... people have come and gone... oh, I've seen new families develop; children graduate and go off to college."
She recalled that she had been working for a temp agency and she sent herself to fill the order. The company had a mower, a backhoe and three field personnel. Carol stated that over the years the company certainly set high standards for its people and for the way it does business... that she couldn't image working any place else. "I will feel sad when I retire," she said, "Together with the owners, we set a good foundation. I am proud that I have worked here... I am proud to be part of the WT Byler Co accomplishments."
