Mr. Anthony Davila
Railroad Division Maintenance Manager, Corporate Mr. Davila holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University and professional engineering licenses in Louisiana and Texas. With over 27 years of experience, he specializes in design-build projects for large transportation, industrial rail car storage, and highway construction. His background includes 10 years with LaDOTD and TxDOT, bringing a unique client-focused approach to project execution, ensuring exceptional safety, quality, scheduling, and cost management.
Railroad Division Maintenance Manager, Corporate – Mr. Davila applies over 40 years of experience in comprehensive construction materials testing and quality control / quality assurance. His knowledge includes all levels of basic and advanced field and laboratory testing procedures, supervision of complex project testing and CMET training of technicians.
Mr. Davila's testing experience includes materials sampling, in-place density testing, pier inspections, soil stabilization procedures and laboratory testing of construction materials as they relate to our industry. He is experienced with concrete testing including plant monitoring, field testing including material thickness and sampling.
He reports directly to the WT Byler Co VP of Construction Operations. He is responsible for quality oversight on all projects. His knowledge of the materials testing industry works well for review and monitoring independent laboratories testing activities and reporting.
