With over 20 years of experience in railroad and heavy civil construction, Mr. Schoppe specializes in large rail yard projects, material management, field engineering, and site supervision. He excels in workforce productivity, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. He oversees multiple construction crews across Texas and Louisiana, managing all new railroad construction projects while maintaining safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Vice President of Railroad Construction – Twenty plus years of experience in railroad and heavy civil construction operations including large rail classification and storage in transit (SIT) yard projects. His expertise in the heavy rail industry includes material management, demolition, field engineering, subcontractor coordination, site supervision and general construction management. His proficiency at workforce productivity analysis and associated resource allocation facilitates project completion that is on schedule, on budget and the highest quality standard for our customers.
Mr. Schoppe schedules and manages multiple railroad construction crews that perform new track construction and track maintenance, throughout the Texas and Louisiana gulf coast while maintaining safety, quality and exceeding client expectations.
He directs all personnel and activities for all new railroad construction projects for the company.
