- 8,328 seat basketball arena
- 11,000 seat outdoor football stadium with synthetic turf
- 456 seat theater
- 16,100 SF conference center
- 4,000 car parking area and roadways
- Excavated and placed to line and grade 350,000 CY of earth material
- Manipilated soils eight inches deep including 110,000 SY of lime fly-ash stabilization
