We performed the following services:
- Site clearing and grubbing hundreds of acres
- Provided for owner's temporary offices complex
- Excavated and embanked over 600,000 CY of earth material
- Performed out-parking and infrastructure roadways HMAC with curb and gutter
- Imported and placed to line and grade over 350,000 TN of crushed stone including hundreds of acres of lay-down
- Levee and channel improvement of owner's intake water source (San Jacinto River Authority channel) and regraded completely while plant was under operation
- Constructed a special flood water levee system to protect the plant electrical infrastructure from flood water
Our firm contracted directly for the JGC-Fluor JV. Infrastructure work was performed by WT Byler Co as the preferred civil site-work contractor directly to Chevron Phillips before and after the JV work began and one design build haul-road project for Zachry Group and one infrastructure project for Cajun USA. We've been working in the facility for ten years, consecutively.
