- Excavated and placed to line and grade 1,000,000 cubic yards of earth material
- Installed 21 miles of A-2000 Contech HDPE pipe that tied into a CMP collection system
- Imported and placed over 225,000 tons of base material
- Imported and placed 100,000 tons of special sub-ballast
W. T. Byler company was the Heavy / Civil sub-contractor on this project. Facility was the largest military railhead ever constructed in the United States.
The Fort Worth District - US Army Corps of Engineers named this facility Project of the Year!
