80-acre fast-track design-build development and building expansion project included:

• Site clearing and grubbing
• Existing building and site demolition
• Earthwork including site utilities and soil stabilization
• Building pads for a 34,000 SF fleet maintenance building, a 20,000 SF Admin and Support building, seven additional process buildings and fuel station
• A 75-railcar storage yard with seven switches and rail spur
• Sixty-five acres of parking including base and asphalt placement
