1.5-mile pipeline fabrication spool-base pipe-yard in Port Isabel, Texas

• Performed 58 acres of site clearing and grubbing
• Excavated and placed to line and grade 70,000 cubic yards of earth material
• Installed the site underground utilities
• Constructed two structural building pads for a welding assembly-line warehouse and storage warehouse
• Soil stabilized, installed bi-axial geogrids for base reinforcement, imported and placed to line and grade over 70,000 tons of limestone material including an area 715,000 square foot pipe lay-down yard
• Constructed in place 98 structural concrete foundation sleepers
