Design Over-site and Construction of a 120 Car Unit-Train Facility in Nederland, Texas on a 167 Acre site including:

• Build in place 18,000 Track-feet of storage, lead & loop-track
• Sitework completed for an additional 10,000 track-feet of loop-track
• Large detention with associated pipe & ditch collector-system
• Subcontracted 5,665 LF of sound-wall & 3 miles of new chain link/barbed wire fence system including remote access for both rail and trucks

EPC – Record breaking 6-month duration including design with Zero- Incidents
