• Constructed 1.3 MM SF pipe-mill structural building pad 3-weeks ahead of schedule not including 15 rain days
• Excavated and embanked over 1.5 MM CY of earth material
• Installed complete storm water system including over 10,000 LF of UG pipe
• Soil stabilized over 48 acres utilizing 2,400 tons of lime
• Installed over 250,000 SY of geo-grid material
• Imported and placed to line and grade 400,000 tons of aggregate base

Forces peaked at 95 personnel including sub-contractors. Utilized over 60 pieces of earth-moving equipment. Site management included 1 project manager, 1 project engineer, 1 survey crew, 1 site safety officer and 2 site superintendents.
