• Excavated and embanked 2,000,000 CY of earth materials including 4 large detention ponds
• On-sites included fresh-water system, raw sewage and industrial waste water treatment plants, complete electrical system and yard-air building with field-line system.
• Build-in-construction 2 miles of chip seal entrance road
• Build-in-construction 4 miles of asphalt roads at cleaning track
• Build-in-construction 4 miles of French drains along cleaning track
• Constructed 2 parking lots
• Constructed 1 Loading dock
• Constructed 1 maintenance/storage building - 4,000 SF
• Constructed 50' x 650' repair canopy w/ compressors, welding/cutting lines and electrical
• Constructed 4 lay down yards
• Constructed 3 office buildings - 7000 SF
• Constructed gas and diesel fueling depot
• Turnkey railroad system including 19 Turnouts and 58,384 TF
